The rules for using this site, its calculators and its quote tools. Fulfillment work runs under a separate signed agreement.
These terms cover your use of boxhero.com, run by BoxHero Logistics, 905 Remsen Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11236. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site describes our fulfillment, delivery, returns and related services, and gives you tools to estimate costs and request a quote. It is information. It is not a contract for services.
The pricing calculator, the shipping calculators and the quote quiz produce estimates. They are based on the numbers you enter and on rates that change. They are not offers. A price becomes binding only when both of us sign a written services agreement. Fulfillment, storage, delivery and returns work is governed by that agreement, not by these terms.
Carrier rules, surcharges, dimensional weight divisors and freight class scales change. We keep the calculators current as best we can, but we do not promise they are complete or error-free. Check with your carrier before relying on a number for a shipment.

When you submit a form or book a call, you agree we may contact you by email, phone or text about your request. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the advertising tools we use.
The text, images, illustrations, calculators, the Package Flyer game and the design of this site belong to BoxHero Logistics. Carrier names and logos belong to the carriers. We show them to identify the services we ship with. No carrier endorses us by appearing here.
The client dashboard at 3plhub.boxhero.com, ShipLane and our order tracking pages have their own terms. Links to other companies' sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for those sites.
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, BoxHero Logistics is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on an estimate it produced. This does not limit liability under a signed services agreement, which has its own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the site is heard in the state or federal courts in Kings County, New York.
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
