Better Trucks is a last-mile delivery platform for retailers, ecommerce brands and 3PLs, operating as Better Trucks Last Mile, Inc. out of Illinois. Uber Freight took a minority stake in November 2025 and expanded the commercial relationship.
Better Trucks describes its own network as the greater Midwest plus an expanding network in the Northeast, Southwest and most of Texas, reaching 139 million people and over half of US households.
ShipStation's integration documentation lists sixteen states including New York and New Jersey. A November 2024 partnership with Optima added over 1,000 ZIP codes across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, with that last mile run by the partner rather than Better Trucks itself.
